Terms of Service

Welcome to Neetter. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of neetter.com and the Neetter apps (the “Service”), operated by Neetter (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use Neetter. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for your account, including keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may close your account at any time from Settings.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, threatening, or that infringes others’ rights;
• impersonate others, including using the “official” styling or verified badge you’re not entitled to;
• spam, manipulate engagement, scrape, or disrupt the Service or other users;
• upload malware, attempt to breach security, or access data without authorization.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You’re responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to post it.

5. Moderation

We may review, remove, or restrict content and accounts that violate these Terms or our policies. Text is screened at post time and media is scanned on upload; reported and flagged content goes to human review. We aim to moderate transparently and proportionately.

6. Neetter Pro and payments

Neetter Pro is an optional paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel anytime from your account or the app store you subscribed through; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are charged through the provider you choose (Stripe, Apple, or Google) and are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Game data & third parties

Game metadata and cover art are provided by IGDB and their respective owners; trademarks and game content belong to their publishers. The Service may link to or integrate third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content posted by users is accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neetter will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
