Child Safety Standards

Neetter has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Protecting minors is a condition of using Neetter, and these standards apply to everyone on the platform. This page explains what we prohibit and how we prevent, detect, remove, and report it.

What is prohibited

We prohibit any content, conduct, or contact that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor. This includes, without limitation:

child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form;
grooming, sextortion, or attempts to solicit, produce, or share sexual content involving a minor;
sexualization of minors, including drawn, AI-generated, or edited imagery;
trafficking of, or endangerment to, a minor, and links or accounts that facilitate any of the above.

How we prevent it

Neetter is a 13+ platform and is not directed to children under 13; ads are non-personalized and age-appropriate.
Every uploaded image and video is scanned before it publishes, and text is filtered for prohibited content.
Accounts and usernames are moderated, and we design conservatively to reduce risk to younger users.

How we detect and remove it

Automated media scanning and our moderation team work together: flagged or reported content enters a human review queue, violating content is removed, and offending accounts are banned. We move fastest on anything involving child safety.

How to report

Anyone can report a post, profile, or message from inside Neetter using the “…” menu → Report — reports go straight to our moderation team. You do not need an account to reach us: email support@neetter.com and we will act quickly. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Working with authorities

When we identify apparent CSAM, we remove it, preserve the information we are required to, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other appropriate authorities, in line with applicable law.
