v1.0.3.1 adds improvements to performance, UI, Combat, and adds key rebinding for keyboard. Also fixes issues with the merchant and some syntax issues. Rebalanced 'not' Ink: 3 -> 2, Exhaust: 1 -> 2. Howdy! Hopefully this does it. I worked really hard on this update so hopefully it fixes the dreaded campfire bug! I attempted to address campfire issues. Added a new loading screen. Further enhanced the UI with polish. Added some needed layers of combat depth!

This update attempts to fix and issue where campfire cards would not appear properly. If this update doesn't fix the issue I will need more time to do some digging.
