Italian and Spanish language support has been added to The Referee Committee. Referees favoring the teams they support has been adjusted. (If a referee does not have the trait, they will never favor their team.) Referees' Integrity ratings have been rebalanced. (Be extremely careful when giving instructions to a referee with high integrity.)
