There is only one change in this patch related to VSYNC. VSYNC is now OFF by default. A new VSYNC option can be found in the video options panel. I recommend not turning this on unless you are experiencing area loading lockups. VER 0.907c Hotfix: ROLLED BACK THE FIX FOR THIS BUG. I'll look into this again for the next patch.
