Added this changelog file. Made it easier to move the game window around (starts moving sooner, more forgiving moving the mouse). Made Achievements try to unlock when achieved (this only applies to the Steam version). Increased price of TripleShot to 25k, it wasn’t meant to be the same as DoubleShot!
