Dev Update 2.0

I'm still beavering away - all the boring stuff mentioned in Dev Update 1.0 is done (controller support etc.). After the hard work I treated myself by making some fun things. Since i spend a fair bit of time dying, i added a ragdoll to the player character which then splits into exploding parts. I also added a dog, that will bring you a bone (and other things).
