[v1.5.1] Impossible Levels Fixed (General Improvements)

v1.0.5 - Broken physics on moving platforms

quick patch is out (v1.0.5) If you drove onto one of the moving platforms and your car suddenly went all slow and jittery - yeah, that was a bug. parenting the car to the platform was fighting the physics. fixed now, drives normal. also killed some camera jitter at high fps.
