Season 2 Level 4 last checkpoint was only working if you are out of the boat, some people were trying to get it while in the boat and if they missed it and then die while in the balloon you would spawn at the last boat checkpoint with no boat. That's fixed now. The balloon pop sound was still on even if you mute all sounds, but now it's in the SFX section so if you mute that it will be muted.

Initial feedback bug fixes

Thank you for the initial feedback ! So far, I have fixed these 2 issues: 1. Fixed the controller support issue for vehicles, now it works fine. Use left thumbstick for driving/steering the boat and the balloon. Use RB to go high and LB to go low with the balloon. 2. Made the boat less "slippery" when steering, for better handling.
