Never Experiment On Cats!

Today we release some balancing for the mini-games mainly to make some of the gold medals more attainable and a fix for multiple cats being able to enter a car. While it was fun, it was also a bit game breaking :). Still a whole lot of fun to be had and you can now climb on other player's cars! Enjoy!
