More Crisis Cards and bug fixes today:* Crisis Cards added (#83, #84, #90, #91, #94, #97, #98, and #99)* The game properly handles the case where Tension Counters are exhausted and there is a penalty while reclaiming some counters from the board* A case where the 'Can't Increase' state for the missile track was being ignored was fixed

We have an additional patch today with some Crisis Cards and bug fixes: * More crisis cards have been added to the game. (#74, #76, #77, and #82)* Another bugged case in the FNI segment has been fixed.* The 'Arms Control Negotiations' option has been added to the Joint US/UN actions.* Missile track de-escalations have been added to Iran & N.
