Fixes: Fixed invisible crates. Fixed some interactions with Workshop levels, such as play, unsubscribing, and fixing broken installs. Fixed end door not being rendered in Workshop thumbnails.Note: We've found a yet to be identified memory leak in the Maker. We're working on fixing it. The editor is still usable in the meantime but do keep an eye on the memory usage of the game.
