Corrected the anomaly text and reduced the blur intensity

The following updates have been made.Adjusted the layout to accommodate longer text in the anomaly book.Fixed the issue where the English text for the anomaly of Oga & Risu was other text.Adjusted the Haato's anomaly text mainly in Japanese.
