Hotfix: achievements & run summary

Kill achievements no longer unlock on the first kill. Shop and summon achievements now unlock at the right count. Completing Act I now counts for “complete any act” achievements. Fixed “Fallen: NaN allies” on the run summary screen.

Hotfix: hero unlocks & difficulty

Fixed heroes disappearing after closing the game. Heroes unlocked through achievements are restored automatically. Endless and Randomizer difficulty now ramps up faster. Fixed some achievements and descriptions. Acts VI–X and the final battle now have their own music.
