Small softlock bug fix

Fix softlock issue with confused status and the Hinti tutorial in Yomi battle. This would fix other instances of being in a status while a Hinti message coming up at the same time.

Dog petting was hold button to pet forever which it still is but we saw that most players were just hitting the Pet button so decided to make the default pet duration from 1 second to 3 seconds.
