A few of you sent in reports that turned out to be much more useful than you probably realised, one comment about an achievement that "never triggers" and one very patient write-up about being told you were a single item short led me straight to two bugs that had been sitting there since long before V1.1.0. Thank you for those. 🌱 "You did it raw, dawg" now actually unlocks. This was properly broke...

🌱 No more 1/1 shelves. The two halves of the rule now live together properly. While a product still has unshelved stock, a fresh segment sizes itself to exactly what remains — that is V1.1.2's fix and it stays (27 Pedibree Minis still fill a 15-slot shelf, then a 12). But once a product's stock is fully spoken for elsewhere, an extra segment now claims the shelf's full natural capacity again, the ...

A quick one, and it is entirely my fault. Yesterday's V1.1.2 fixed the shelves asking for items that don't exist — and in doing so it broke the little segment counter on the end of every shelf label. Thank you to everyone who posted screenshots within hours; the Pet Aisle shot with "2/1" on a finished product showed the whole story in one image. 🌱 The segment counters on shelf labels are back to n...

This one is for the shelf labels that ask for more items than the game actually contains, and for everyone chasing the last few items of a no-abilities run. Thank you for the screenshots and the side-by-side tests — the Pedibree Minis comparison told me exactly where to look, and I mean that: two segments, before-and-after, with counts. 🌱 Shelves no longer ask for items that don't exist. The "15/1...

This one is aimed squarely at the three things people have been telling me since V1.1.0: items you can't reach, the game falling over on lower-end machines, and the upgrade screen not making sense. Thank you again to everyone who took the time to write these up, the item one in particular was reported with enough detail that I could find it properly. 🌱 Items can no longer get stranded where you ca...

Thank you for 3,000 sales Big Bad Pharma has now sold 3,000 copies. That's three thousand people who took a chance on not just a new indie game about a very questionable pharmacy, but on me and I still find it hard to believe. I want to be honest about what those 3,000 but I can’t find words adequate enough to describe that. Almost every fix in the last few patches started as somebody's review, co...

This is the one I've been building towards all week. Every confirmed bug from the V1.0.9 known-issues list is fixed here, plus two more I found while going back through the game with a fine comb. Thank you to everyone who reported these — almost every fix below started as somebody's review or comment. 🌱 Your settings now actually load. This was the big one. When you loaded a save, the game read yo...

Controller 🌱 Picking up, dropping, swapping and pausing did nothing on a controller. This is the real answer to "controller still isn't working". Movement, looking, jumping, crouching and the abilities were all wired up — but the five actions behind X, Left Trigger, LB/RB and Start were never actually connected to anything. So you could walk around the shop and jump, and that was it: you couldn't ...

When Big Bad Pharma launched, some of its art was AI-generated: the capsule art, the logo, the achievement icons and the store page images. You told me that mattered to you, and you were right. As of today none of it is left. Every piece has been redrawn by hand (and mouse). What has been replacedAchievement icons — all 21, redrawn and swapped in.The logo — redrawn from scratch, and it is now the ...

Big Bad Pharma launched on the 12th, and in the three days since I've shipped four patches. Almost every single fix came directly from your reports, screenshots and Task Manager numbers in the discussions. This is a one-person project and honestly, you've been my QA team, so I wanted to lay out everything in one place. How to read the markers: 🌱 fixed, and players have confirmed it 🍊 fix is live, w...
